Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the domestic United States (U.S. and U.S. Territories).

When will I receive my order?

All orders are typically processed within 3 to 7 days, after which the order is shipped out. Shipping times can vary but are usually between 3 and 4 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Is there a fee for shipping my order?

To help keep costs low for our customers, all domestic shipping within the United States of America (U.S. and U.S. Territories) is a low flat fee. Shipping is free of charge for orders $75.00 or more.

When will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipment confirmation email to the email address you provided at check-out once your order has shipped. The email will also contain a tracking number for your order(s).

I received a wrong/damanged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived incorrect or damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order, along with photos of the incorrect or damaged product. Please include your order number and any other details you may have about your order and we will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
