Refund and Return Policy

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of
these apply, please contact us at [email protected] with photos of wrong/damaged
items within 7 days of receiving your order and we will get in touch with you as a soon as possible. We are unable to accept claims beyond 30 days from the date you received an incorrect or damaged order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our
sizing charts—we have one for every item listed in our store, in the product description section.
Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let
us know at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a
refund.

What if I entered the wrong mailing address?

If you provided an address that is considered insufficient or incorrect by the shipping courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for re-shipment costs in the event we are able to confirm an updated address with you.

What if my order is lost in transit?

If the carrier tracking indicates that your order(s) was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for a replacement of the order(s). All claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All such claims are subject to our investigation and sole discretion. Swim O’ahu cannot guarantee delivery to P.O. boxes.

Where do I return my order to?

If you received a mislabelled item please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. Once confirmed by us that we will send out a new item, you may mail the original item to the return address printed on the original packaging.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The exact timing of a refund can vary based on your bank. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at [email protected].
